Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Faith Financial Agency. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Faith Financial Agency website, digital products, educational resources, and other website-based services.

Faith Financial Agency is operated by Success Strategy Solutions LLC ("Faith Financial Agency," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using this website, purchasing a digital product, submitting information through our website, or otherwise using our website-based services, you agree to these Terms.

  1. Website Use

The information and resources available through this website are provided for educational and informational purposes. You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not interfere with the operation, security, or accessibility of the website.

You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the website, client systems, databases, digital products, or other restricted resources.

  2. Credit Readiness Program

Faith Financial Agency offers a Credit Readiness Program designed to provide credit education, analysis, strategic guidance, and credit improvement services.

Enrollment in the Credit Readiness Program is subject to a separate Client Agreement and accompanying enrollment documents. Those documents contain additional terms regarding services, fees, client responsibilities, cancellation rights, disclosures, and other requirements applicable to the program.

In the event of a conflict between these Website Terms and an executed Credit Readiness Program Client Agreement, the Client Agreement will govern matters relating specifically to the Credit Readiness Program, subject to applicable law.

Nothing contained on this website modifies, limits, or waives any rights provided to consumers under applicable federal or state law.

  3. No Guaranteed Credit Results

Faith Financial Agency does not guarantee any specific credit score increase, deletion, credit profile outcome, loan approval, credit card approval, funding amount, interest rate, or other financial result.

Credit outcomes vary based on each individual's credit profile, creditors, furnishers, consumer reporting agencies, financial behavior, documentation, and other circumstances outside our control.

Faith Financial Agency does not represent that accurate, current, and verifiable negative information can legally be removed from a consumer's credit report.

  4. Consumer Responsibility

Consumers are responsible for providing truthful, accurate, complete, and current information.

Faith Financial Agency does not encourage or assist consumers in making false statements, creating false documentation, misrepresenting their identity, disputing information they know to be accurate solely for the purpose of attempting to remove legitimate obligations, or engaging in unlawful conduct.

  5. Digital Products

Faith Financial Agency may sell downloadable guides, ebooks, templates, educational materials, courses, and other digital products.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, digital products are provided for personal, non-commercial use only.

Purchasing a digital product does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

You may not reproduce, resell, redistribute, publish, share, sublicense, upload, or commercially exploit a Faith Financial Agency digital product without prior written permission.

Access to certain paid digital products may be provided through secure, time-limited download links.

  6. Digital Product Refunds

Because digital products are delivered electronically and may be accessed immediately after purchase, digital product purchases are generally final and non-refundable once access or delivery has occurred, except where otherwise required by law or expressly stated at checkout.

This provision applies to digital products and does not replace or modify cancellation or refund rights applicable to the Credit Readiness Program.

  7. Payments

Payments for digital products may be processed through Stripe or other authorized third-party payment processors.

Payments associated with other Faith Financial Agency services may be processed through separate authorized merchant-service providers.

Faith Financial Agency does not necessarily receive or store complete payment-card information submitted directly to third-party payment processors. Payment transactions may also be subject to the processor's own terms and privacy practices.

Pricing, payment terms, and applicable fees for services will be disclosed before purchase or enrollment and, where applicable, further addressed in the relevant service agreement.

  8. Financial and Educational Disclaimer

Content provided by Faith Financial Agency is intended for general financial education and informational purposes.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in a separate written agreement, website content does not constitute individualized legal, tax, investment, accounting, lending, or financial-planning advice.

You should consult an appropriately licensed professional when you need advice specific to your legal, tax, investment, or other professional circumstances.

  9. Funding Information

Faith Financial Agency may provide information, education, referrals, resources, or access to third-party opportunities relating to personal or business funding.

Faith Financial Agency does not guarantee funding approval, credit approval, specific limits, rates, terms, lenders, or funding amounts.

All financing decisions are made by the applicable lender, financial institution, or third-party provider according to its own underwriting standards.

  10. Third-Party Services and Links

Our website may link to or integrate with third-party providers, including payment processors, credit-monitoring services, client portals, funding platforms, software providers, and other external resources.

Third-party websites and services operate independently from Faith Financial Agency and may have their own terms, privacy policies, security practices, and eligibility requirements.

Faith Financial Agency is not responsible for the content, availability, policies, or practices of third-party websites or services.

  11. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the website's original content, branding, graphics, educational materials, downloads, program materials, written content, and other proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to Success Strategy Solutions LLC.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, republished, sold, or commercially exploited without written authorization except as permitted by law.

  12. Testimonials and Examples

Testimonials, examples, case studies, or client experiences displayed by Faith Financial Agency represent individual experiences and should not be interpreted as guarantees that another consumer will achieve identical or similar results.

    Individual results vary.

  13. Website Availability

We may modify, suspend, discontinue, update, or restrict portions of the website at any time.

We do not guarantee that the website will always operate uninterrupted or error-free.

  14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Success Strategy Solutions LLC and Faith Financial Agency will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising solely from use of, or inability to use, this website or its general educational content.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

  15. Privacy

Your use of this website is also subject to the Privacy Policy below.

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes to our website, services, technology, or legal obligations.

When material changes are made, the updated effective date will appear at the top of this page.

Continued use of the website after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.

  17. Governing Law

We may retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, maintain appropriate business and transaction records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and applicable legal or contractual requirements.

  11. Your Choices

You may contact us to request that we update or correct certain personal information we maintain about you.
